Born in Argentina to Korean parents, Pablo Park explores identity, memory and discipline through food.
His cooking connects Korean culinary tradition with Argentine ingredients, building a language shaped by fermentation, restraint, technique and personal history.
As chef and founder of Han, he works between heritage and territory, creating a contemporary expression of Korean cuisine in Buenos Aires.
